John is an experienced and competent builder and will personally oversee the day to day activity and progress to ensure the job is completed to his standards of excellence. You will also have the privilege of using the services of our extensive list of suppliers as well as any new and innovative products that come available.

Demolition and Construction
Attractive vacant land is precious and in many cases, very rare, especially on Lake Simcoe waterfront. Meridian has knowledge and experience with the demolition process and understands that many beautiful parcels of land may have existing antiquated structures that require demolition prior to new construction.
Meridian’s team has intimate knowledge of the surrounding area township personnel and specific requirements. We have also worked closely with the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority to understand the intricate needs of the Lake and how this relates to ease of permitting for construction and landscaping. Meridian is capable of obtaining all permit and support information such as septic designs, truss and floor engineering as well as heat loss calculations.

Property Evaluation/Feasibility Studies
Meridian has extensive knowledge of the local area and properties available to its clients. We have a unique understanding of property value, particularly with respect to the Lake Simcoe waterfront market and can guide you through the site/lot selection process.
Meridian’s broad database available from previous experience provides cost-effective and innovative project analysis solutions in the early stages of the project. Our services in the feasibility stage include site layout, cost estimating, budget preparation and report writing.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important and a priority throughout the entire project. We pride ourselves in providing quality workmanship and professional management of each project. We take the time to listen to your needs and come up with creative solutions to each request as it arises. John will have regular meetings with you as the project progresses to discuss important decisions at each stage as well as any changes or modifications.
At the end of the project, a pre-delivery inspection will take place prior to you moving in to identify any incomplete, damaged or missing items that still need to be rectified. Our service department will coordinate the repair/completion of these items in a timely fashion.
